AM MOAB MID WINTER STX offers everything a warm flat pedal shoe needs. Performance, extra grip and protection. The waterproof, mid-high flat pedal shoe is made of high-quality, robust Terracare leather and is absolutely waterproof and breathable thanks to the Membran sock construction of the upper. The environmentally friendly and highly functional Primaloft® Eco Gold insulation also keeps the foot warm and dry, even in freezing temperatures. The mid-high upper combined with conventional lacing with Velcro closure ensures a perfect fit. The stable fit is enhanced by the pre-shaped Ortholite® insole, which ensures optimal force transmission thanks to the harder PU foam in the pedal area. Reinforcements in the heel and toe area offer additional protection against bumps and stones. The EVA midsole with a cushioning element in the heel provides extra comfort and protection. The AM Flat outsole ensures perfect pedal grip and total cycling enjoyment with the stepped hexagonal pedal profile combined with the soft SUPtraction® Flat rubber compound. The sole has a lowered profile in the toe and heel area, ensuring the necessary support in both carried and pushed passages. The Terracare® certified leather is made in Germany in an environmentally friendly manner. The comfortable Ortholite® insole is made of Eco Plush PU foam and 50% recycled polyester. VAUDE's Green Shape label guarantees an eco-friendly, functional product made from sustainable materials.
