Description

Iso Paddles are strap-free paddles designed to isolate specific muscle groups, develop correct hand position and improve movement perception. Iso paddles are specially designed to create an imbalance in the capture phase of a stroke, forcing swimmers to apply more pressure on either side of the paddle to maintain correct movement. The variance encourages swimmers to pay closer attention to hand position in the water, keeping it level and consistent throughout the capture and pull of each movement.
