Hydrascore Whey'Score protein drink is recommended for athletes wishing to maintain or increase muscle mass.

Whey'Score contains a high proportion of the branched-chain amino acids BCAA (Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine). It is obtained using state-of-the-art cross-flow micro-filtration and ultra-filtration techniques, generating a soluble, undenatured whey protein with excellent nutritional values (PDCAAS = SCCD = 1.00). Delicious to eat thanks to its excellent solubility and intense natural cookie flavour. 100% isolate, guaranteed fat-free, cholesterol-free and soy lecithin-free.

This product is designed to complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The recommended average total protein intake for athletes is 1 to 1.5 g/kg body weight/day, and 2/3 of protein intake should be provided by a diversified diet. Follow the recommended daily dose.

Directions for use and dosage:

In a shaker, add the powder to cold water and shake until smooth. Recommended dosage: 1 portion = 25 g powder + 200 ml water. If desired, 150-250 ml of water can be added.
