This is accompanied by some simple nutritional rules:

To hydrate in sufficient quantity,
Provide the body with the fuel it needs through a regular intake of simple carbohydrates and vitamins,
Compensate for losses of mineral and protective salts.

Why an energy bar?

When you play sports it is important to anticipate the pump and boost your energy before it is too late. During the effort your body needs:

CARBOHYDRATES: to maintain your glucose level without going to draw your reserves (muscles and liver) and thus prolong the duration of the effort
VITAMINS AND MINERALS: especially vitamins C and E, which help protect cells against oxidative stress, vitamins B2, B6, which help reduce fatigue and Zinc, which help protect cells against oxidative stress.

Ingredients:

Sugar, almonds (23.5%), dried apricots (15.2%) (apricots, rice flour, sulphites ), dextrose, Prolacta (6%) (soluble native milk protein isolate), stabilizer (glycine), glucose syrup ( bl ), arme, vitamins (C, B3, E, B2, B6, B1), acidity corrector (malic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), zinc gluconate, antioxidants (rosemary extract , tocoph rols ( soya) ). When to consume it?
