.Go Hydro tablets meet your sodium needs at a specific concentration (30 mmol/L), providing more effective hydration than plain water. This product was developed to help the British sailing team stay optimally hydrated during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Simply drop one tablet into water for effective, virtually calorie-free hydration before and during sport.
During moderate to intense exercise, we can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour, which contains vital electrolytes, including sodium. Sodium is the most important electrolyte, helping to stimulate thirst, improve taste and aid absorption and retention.
If fluid and electrolyte losses are not compensated for, dehydration occurs, which is a major cause of fatigue. Once dehydrated, body temperature rises, heart rate accelerates, carbohydrate stores are depleted more quickly and exercise is perceived as more intense. SiS Go Hydro can help prevent this phenomenon.
Directions for use:
Drink 500 ml of SiS Hydro Go 3 to 4 hours before the event, and a further 250 to 500 ml in the hours before the start of the event
For
shorter exercise sessions where carbohydrate intake is not necessary, consume 500 ml SiS Hydro Go per hour.
Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.
Add 1 Hydro Go tablet to 500 ml water and allow to dissolve.
