Vegan Recovery Drink helps to :
- Replenish glycogen reserves, thanks to a formulation based on high-quality, easy-to-assimilate carbohydrates.
- Protect and rebuild muscles after exercise, thanks to proteins and amino acids.
It offers a protein:carbohydrate ratio of around 1:1, which represents a high quantity of protein for a recovery agent. But it has been formulated in this way because, after exercise, it is common to consume carbohydrate-rich foods such as fruit, oats, energy bars and so on. At the same time, we neglect protein intake, which is essential for muscle recovery.
Vegan Recovery Drink also provides :
> L-arginine AKG (250 mg per serving):
- This is the amino acid precursor of nitric oxide, which helps develop the endothelial function of blood vessel walls. As a result, blood circulation is improved, as is the amount of nitric oxide in the blood.
- In addition, arginine helps to synthesize proteins within the body's tissues, promoting their repair.
> Creatine (1,500 mg per ration):
- Helps improve muscle torque, training intensity and work capacity.
- Clinically proven to increase muscle strength and lean body mass.
- Creatine helps preserve energy reserves and build muscle, improving physical performance and work capacity at the fatigue threshold.
- It calms fatigue following physical activity, enabling faster recovery.
- It also improves attention and mental performance, boosting concentration and the ability to absorb information.
>Medium-chain triglycerides (500 mg per ration):
- Provide high-quality fatty acids to avoid the need to draw on glycogen reserves during exercise.
- They provide continuous energy during prolonged effort and help reduce lactate accumulation.
DIRECTIONS: Dilute 2 scoops (50g) of product in 250-300 ml of water or other vegetable drink and shake. Consume 250-300 ml up to 45 minutes after exercise
