The box used is therefore lighter and less bulky. All you have to do is reassemble them and enjoy your new bike. They've been designed so that you can say goodbye, once and for all, to sluggishness, stomach aches, empty calories and snacking. But also hello to gluttony, health and performance!

- 4 extra bars 50g: Vanilla-Macadamia, Coffee-Almond Butter, Olive-Cashew, Chocolate-Hazelnut

Directions for use :

One bar every 45 minutes of effort, depending on intensity (1h for Extra bars). Can also be eaten as a healthy snack.
Tasting recommendations for purees: This puree is ideal for long-lasting efforts, as a complement to Baouw bars. One puree every 30 to 40 minutes on average, depending on intensity.
Tasting tips for gels: During a sports session, 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on intensity, to be consumed neat or diluted in your water bottle with 500ml of water.
Tips for eating the protein bar: This protein bar is ideal for recovering after a sports session to build muscle or as a healthy snack, ideal as a protein supplement.
Storage instructions: Store between 15 and 25°C, away from moisture
