The importance of hydration in long-duration events

Athletes taking part in long-distance events (marathon, trail, cycling, triathlon, etc.) are particularly vulnerable to dehydration, a condition which can lead to a significant drop in performance, cause muscular problems such as cramps and increase the risk of injury.
Understanding the vital role of hydration and adopting an appropriate strategy is therefore an absolute necessity.
It's imperative to start hydrating from the very first moments of exercise, and to maintain constant hydration by drinking small quantities every 10 minutes, without waiting for the sensation of thirst.

Drink between 500 and 750 ml of HYDRXIR ULTRA per hour of exercise, but these volumes may vary according to specific climatic conditions.

Its innovative formula perfectly meets the demands of long-distance running, with :

3 sources of carbohydrates (sustainable energy)

Directions for use :

Consume HYDRIXIR ULTRA as soon as you start exercising. Don't wait until you're thirsty to take your first sip, as dehydration can quickly set in.
Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of HYDRIXIR ULTRA every 10 minutes, i.e. between 500 ml and 750 ml of drink per hour.

Dosage :
- For 500 ml of drink: 3 tablespoons (i.e. 40 g powder) or 1 stick of 40 g
- For 700 ml drink: 4 tablespoons (56 g powder)
Quantity of drink prepared :
- 1 tin of 400 g = 10 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 5 L of drink)
- 1 box of 10 sticks of 40 g = 10 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 5 L of drink)
- 1 sachet of 1.6 kg = 40 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 20 L of drink)
