Description

For efforts between 2 and 4 hours. Perfect drink for demanding athletes, enriched with vitamin C.

High performance, low sugar content. Drink containing simple and complex sugars as well as vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Maintains muscle integrity thanks to B.C.A.A., branched-chain amino acids. Proteins help maintain muscle mass.

Use: 3 scoops per 600 ml in cool weather, 2 scoops per 600 ml in hot weather.

USE COUNCIL:

During exercise: Drink up to 600 ml per hour with 2 or 3 powder pods.
Intense exercise or hot weather: 2 scoops (40 g).
More regular exercise or cool weather: 3 scoops (60 g).
After exercise: Use Fenioux multi-SPORTS® recovery drink as a priority. Otherwise, up to 2 hours after the end of exercise, drink 1 to 2 600 ml cans (3 scoops) of B.C.A.A. progressive drink.
Drink as soon as possible after reconstitution.
Store in a clean, cool, dry place.
To be used as part of a varied, balanced diet, to meet the needs of immediate muscular effort.
