C30 Ice Gels are energy gels that are frozen and consumed as a frozen source of energy. Each C30 Ice Gel helps cool body temperature while providing 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy. Each gel contains 200 mg sodium to aid fluid distribution and a light, fresh citrus aroma. Please note that this product is only intended to be consumed as an iced energy product. Do not consume this product as a standard energy gel. Freeze standing up, not lying down. Cut off the top part of the packaging before use. Squeeze from bottom to top and consume as an ice cream.

DESCRIPTION:

A freezable energy gel that delivers 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy from a 2:1 blend of glucose and fructose in a compact ice drink. Each gel contains 200 mg sodium for delivery and storage. It's the perfect hot-weather weapon for endurance and field-sports athletes.

Ingredients : Ingredients: Water, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Sucrose, Glycerine, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Salt, Gellan Gum, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate.

USE COUNCIL:

Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour of intense exercise, depending on duration and intensity.
VERY IMPORTANT! Freeze for at least 3 hours with the top up (standing position). Do not freeze with gel lying down. When ready to use, remove the gel from the freezer, cut off the top and allow to thaw for 2 to 3 minutes before eating. Squeeze from bottom to top.
