DETAILS:

Protein pancakes ready in 5 minutes
- No time or inclination to hang around the kitchen before or after your workout? Prepare these pancakes in 5 minutes, without compromising on deliciousness.
- For three pancakes, dilute 45g of the powdered mix in 120ml of milk or plant-based drink. Mix and leave to stand for around 4 minutes. In a hot, pre-oiled frying pan, cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

- Once the pancakes are ready, accomodate them according to your tastes, sweet or savory.
