INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Mix 4 tablespoons in 500 ml water to obtain 60 g carbohydrates per 500 ml (120 g carbohydrates per liter).
- Mix 3 tablespoons in 500 ml water to obtain 45 g carbohydrates per 500 ml (90 g carbohydrates per liter).
- Mix 2 tablespoons in 500 ml water to obtain 30 g carbohydrates per 500 ml (60 g carbohydrates per liter).
- Mix 1 scoop in 500 ml water to obtain 15 g carbohydrates per 500 ml (30 g carbohydrates per liter).
- Using Carb Only Drink Mix allows you to increase the carbohydrate content of your bottles when you're drinking less liquid in cooler conditions, and decrease it when it's hot and you're drinking more liquid.
