INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- PF 300 Flow Gel lets you easily decant 300 g of carbohydrates into a single canister. This is equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels , or just over 3 x PF 90 Gels .
It has been developed to flow more easily than standard gel, so there's no need to add water. Simply decant it into your canister and sip as needed to reach your numbers. - Flow Gel works best in a can or a soft can.

- Protein: < 0.1 g per 510 g gel (< 0.1 g per 100 g)
