What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

This bike comes directly from Santa Cruz. It has been inspected in our workshops. Slight damage has been noted (see photos).Our workshop experts, who are as passionate as you are, check every bike. They guarantee"ready-to-ride" bikes with a 2-year, like-new warranty:
- Components are replaced if they are not deemed safe and functional.
- Wear parts are exchanged for new ones if their life expectancy is 50% or more.

The 5010 has always had more capability than you can imagine, but with the added confidence of a 29" front wheel and optimized rear suspension, the 5010 touches on a type of riding you'd hardly have imagined possible.
MX wheels
The "mixed wheels" configuration offers the stability and grip of a 29" front wheel, combined with a 27.5" rear wheel for liveliness and maneuverability.

Put everything you need for your outing in the secure, high-quality storage space in the down tube. Our Glovebox comes standard with a tool kit and inner tube pouch. Two quality pockets to keep everything you might need close at hand.
Carbon CC uses the most advanced materials and processes on the market. Carbon C offers the same performance and rigidity, but with a slightly less sophisticated construction and slightly heavier weight. In both cases, stiffness is optimized for each frame size. A bigger, heavier rider inevitably means more strain on a frame. That's why we optimize the stiffness of each frame size to ensure that everyone has the best experience on the bike.
