Mattress compatibility: Tent recommended with self-inflating mattresses or trekking mattresses up to 60 cm wide.
We recommend the use of inflatable mattresses over 6cm thick in this tent due to a large dimming of the living space and the resistance to condensation.
Ventilation: Flysheet with 2 side panels that can be seated and hang on the side shrouds (opening from the inside). Air can circulate in the room. 2 spaces between the flysheet and the floor on each side in the middle of the room to allow air renewal and to limit the natural name of condensation as well as possible. Impermability: All Quechua tents are validated in the laboratory (whole tent under 200 L / m / h for 4 hours), as well as in field tests. (2000mm PU coated polyester flysheet, 120 g / m polyethylen mat, all seams taped with heat-sealed strips). The presence of a breathable polyester chamber under the flysheet prevents contact with the drops of condensation that can settle on the inside of the flysheet.
Wind resistance: We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the tent to the wind. The tent well pitched with all the well-deployed shrouds around the tent must remain habitable with a wind speed measured at 50 km / h near the ground (Force 6).
