Endless explorations, extended getaways, country roads and forest trails, everyone has their own particular definition of what gravel is. But there's no doubt that a gravel bike must tackle it all with mastery, speed and comfort... and above all, with maximum pleasure. Designed from the ground up for gravel riding, theOrbea Terra is not an adapted road bike or a scaled-down mountain bike. The Terra IS gravel. Add comfort to your road outings, finally discover where that forest track leads, or let your adventures last into the next day. It's a big world out there, and the Terra is ready to discover it alongside you.
Fast and light, the Terra M is the sportiest option in the family for conquering country roads and forest trails. Its carbon frame offers the perfect balance of lightness, comfort and sturdiness. The carbon frame also features Orbea's LOCKR system: a storage space in the downtube, hidden beneath the bottle cage, where you can stow an inner tube, pump or CO2 cartridge, as well as a selection of tools. Everything is easily accessible and secure, with extra room for a refuel or your car keys.
Orbea uses state-of-the-art carbon construction to build the most sophisticated frame possible. It's a complex and painstaking process, the results of which you'll appreciate once you're in the saddle. Orbea Monocoque Race (OMR) frames add high-modulus, high-strength fibers to standard configurations to optimize stiffness-to-weight ratios. Molding components with EPS foams and PU inserts for the head tube and bottom bracket eliminates wrinkles and ridges in critical areas, allowing the use of less carbon without any compromise in durability.
