The box used is therefore lighter and less bulky. All you have to do is reassemble them and enjoy your new bike. We recommend adjusting the saddle height, tire pressure, and suspensions according to your preferences.

Description

BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS are a true innovation in the fitness band market and have been specially developed for training small muscle chains. By training these muscles specifically, you reduce the risk of injury and improve your body's statics.
As a flexible and practical training tool, LOOP BANDS can be used anywhere you want to exercise. This can be done at home, in the office during lunch break or in the park after work. The carefully developed fitness bands have a length of 32 centimeters each and can be used flexibly for many different exercises.

The LOOP BAND exists in 3 different colors (In this Kit). Each color represents an intensity:

orange = light
green = medium
blue = strong

For beginners and less trained people, we recommend a lighter band (yellow to red). If you are an athlete or a trained person, you can opt for a stronger band (green to black).

For a 100% stretch of the band, the pulling forces differ according to the band: 2.9kg (orange), 4.9kg (green), 6.7kg (blue). The higher the tensile strength in kg, the higher the resistance of the band.
