Wilier Triestina, between tradition and modernity

The Wilier Triestina brand was founded in the north-east of Italy in 1906.

Wilier stands for "W(Viva) l'Italia liberata e redenta" which means "Long live free and redeemed Italy".

Today, the brand is known all over the world for its bikes. Whether mountain bike, road, triathlon or gravel, Wilier Triestina covers the entire cycling spectrum with equipment designed for competition but also for those who spend a lot of time on the saddle.

Wilier Triestina and the top level: a long history

Wilier Triestina has been equipping the greatest champions and teams for a long time. At the end of the 1940s, Fiorenzo Magni won the Giro d'Italia and two Tour of Flanders on a Wilier Triestina bike. More recently, many teams (Lampre, Cofidis, Direct Energie or Astana) have ridden Wilier Triestina road bikes. Marco Pantani, Alessandro Petacchi, Alessandro Ballan and Jimmy Casper have led the Italian brand to the top of the most prestigious races on the calendar (Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, Tour of Flanders, World Championships, etc.).
