A powermeter is a tool that allows cyclists to improve their performance.
A powermeter is designed for experienced cyclists to manage their power and effort. Depending on the model and brand, the power sensor may be located in the bottom bracket, crank or pedals.

Powermeters have become increasingly accessible, thanks in part to price drops and the arrival of several players in the market (such as Quarq, FSA, Rotor, etc.). Most power sensors on the market are compatible with Bluetooth and ANT+ for perfect data communication.
