The Fizik ERGOLACE X2 is a tough and adaptable lace-up mountain bike shoe that is true to the roots of off-road riding: tackling all types of terrain, getting on and off with fun, on and off the bike.

It's a trail and all-mountain shoe, and more. Like a mountain bike, the Terra X2 shoes are pure versatility in both function and form. Whether it's alpine tour adventures, session trails, or just getting away from it all for a ride after work, these shoes demand adventure.

The Ergolace pattern cradles the foot, ensuring the fit with an ergonomic lace-up closure. The upper offers protection from the elements: its woven ripstop fabric that is resistant to tears and tears. A PU toe cap and side reinforcements add protection and durability. We designed the silhouette specifically to reduce bulk and avoid the puffy appearance of many mountain biking shoes - it's ready to blend in with civilization when the backcountry missions are over.

The X2 outsole expresses the versatility of these shoes: engineered to provide the optimum balance of efficient pedaling performance and flexibility for comfort and control, on and off the bike, so riders are covered for those moments of bike trek. The compressed EVA midsole provides stability and cushioning, while the Vibram rubber tread provides grip and traction, whatever the conditions underfoot. The directional stud pattern was designed for a secure grip on clipless pedals, with spacing and depth designed to bite into softer ground and a compound ideal for gripping on slippery rocks.

X2 has an extended cleat track, with more recoil and greater flexibility in choosing cleat placement.
