All the protection technologies of Poc, finally united in a full-face helmet specially made for enduro. The Poc Otocon Race Mips is exceptionally light and highly ventilated, while offering maximum protection and comfort.

Based on the Kortal, the Otocon has a construction consisting of an EPS polystyrene liner on the upper part for more lightness , and a fixed chin guard in multi-impact EPP with a molded rigid insert for maximum protection. . Its polycarbonate outer shell gives it great impact resistance and excellent durability .
Designed for Enduro Racing competitors, the Otocon Race Mips brings together all the technologies that increase your safety : Aramid bridges stiffening the structure of the helmet, as well as resistance to perforation , the brain protection system and thus the Mips rotational forces Integra , a Recco reflector to be found by the rescue services in the event of a fall in steep places, a twICEme NFC Medical ID chip to store personal information and a visor with the Breakaway peak system allowing him to remove the helmet in the event of a violent impact.
Because a product made for competition is nothing without comfort, the Otocon Race Mips also has a Race Lock head circumference adjustment system. Developed by Poc engineers, this system integrates the adjustment wheel directly into the shell of the helmet without it coming into contact with the neck. Its removable comfort pads in the jaw area can be easily removed when climbing to increase airflow without reducing the stability of the helmet on the head.

CHARACTERISTICS :

  • Construction made up of an EPS liner on the top for lightness and ventilation and an EPP liner with molded insert at the jaw for maximum impact resistance.
  • Polycarbonate shell for added durability.
  • Aramid bridges molded between the shell and the liner to reinforce the structure of the helmet and resistance to penetration.
  • Mips Integra system protects your brain in the event of a fall causing rotational force on your helmet, without affecting comfort.
  • Recco reflector allowing the emergency services to find you more easily in the event of a fall in a steep place.
  • twICEme NFC Medical ID chip to store your personal information and to be read using a mobile app.
  • Breakaway peak visor allowing it to be removed from the helmet in the event of a fall.
