Designed from the ground up, the Bluegrass Vanguard Core is a lightweight full-face helmet for committed mountain bikers.

In addition to being ASTM F1952 downhill and NTA 8776 e-bike certified, the Vanguard Core includes Mips brain protection and has been awarded a five-star rating by the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab.

The Vanguard Core leads from the front, keeping your head as secure as possible while you hit the trails.

Details:

ASTM F1952: The ASTM F1952 Downhill Mountain Bicycle Racing helmet standard is significantly more stringent than traditional bicycle helmet standards, and is the only standardized test for chinstrap safety.
The Vanguard Core exceeds ASTM deflection limits by 40%.
An ASTM-certified helmet requires much more coverage and is tested at higher impact levels.
