Thanks to integrated MIPS technology, the rotational movement transferred to the brain during inclined impacts is reduced, offering extra reassurance. What's more, the extended coverage around the temples and back of the head ensures maximum protection of critical areas. The multi-position protective visor flips up to see further and offer enhanced visibility, allowing riders to keep an eye on their surroundings (oh, a deer), even in the most challenging conditions (we're thinking of you, slippery slabs).
Instant comfort is another key feature of this Deemax MIPS. Thanks to the Ergo Hold SL+ system, Mavic's lightweight and comfortable tightening system, this helmet offers an optimal fit, with no headaches, if you will.
And this comfort remains appreciable in the midst of pedaling. Strategically placed external vents connect to large internal cooling channels, ensuring optimum mechanical ventilation during the ride. CoolMax® inserts absorb heat and perspiration, keeping the head cool and comfortable. Riding comfort: Front openings connected to inner channels ensure excellent ventilation during your outings. Coolmax® foam absorbs heat and wicks away perspiration. The goggle garage is designed to store and hold goggles, even while riding. This helmet is also compatible with a goggle. Mesh covers the front vents to protect you from insects.
