THE NEW, RESPECTFUL JET HELMET.

A visionary in 2012, Urge had already seen a definite interest in the use of a JET-type helmet for certain mountain bike practices. Inspired by trials, the REALJET easily found its fan-base. And as technology has evolved, so has the ability to design even lighter, higher-performance helmets well-suited to new uses, such as electric mountain biking. Welcome to the RASCAS range.

DETAILS:

  • Naturally Shapé: Since simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, this mountain bike Helmet is simple and elegant. Playing with textures, the Visor reveals the brand logo under the sun's rays
  • Depending on your style: on the nose or stored under the visor, goggles are part and parcel of our outings, so everything has been designed to ensure that they blend in perfectly with the RASCAS. The goggle, on the other hand, is made for those who are not afraid of the cold, like committed riders and freeriders. The Helmet has been designed to perfectly match the contour of the mask. The flat design on the circumference above the temples accommodates the headband like a full-face helmet.
  • POP-OFF System: More than a simple dual-position visor, Urge's POP-OFF visor system has a virtual 3rd position, which is a detachment position. Difficult to reach to avoid mishandling, it comes into play for higher forces. The aim is to reduce whiplash-type injuries and save the Visor in the event of a violent fall. And of course the Visor is made of recycled material (Nylon)
  • Energy Reduction Technology ®: Integrated technology: ERT is a patented safety technology. These soft, supple pads, made from a highly advanced polymer, are designed to absorb the energy of rotational and linear impacts in the event of a fall, thanks to the unique qualities of their material and their particularly innovative design. They offer additional protection against brain damage. Unlike other hard materials which only react to violent impacts, ERT activates immediately, even in the event of low-energy impacts.
  • Everyday Helmet: The RASCAS has been fitted with the innovative Fidlock magnetic loop for a more pleasant, practical and secure experience. What's more, for a perfect fit, the Helmet is equipped with a discreet and precise occipital tightener
  • Bio-sourced pads: why use synthetic fibers when nature does it so well? Unlike traditional materials, bamboo fiber offers a unique combination of strength, flexibility and comfort. What's more, bamboo's moisture-wicking properties help regulate temperature and keep the rider dry even during prolonged use. Bamboo is a sustainable resource, rapidly renewable and respectful of the environment, making it an ideal choice for eco-conscious consumers.
