Health and wellness functions
- Morning Report: When you wake up, the watch displays a summary of sleep data, as well as training suggestions for the run and cycle, weather..
- Sleep Score 2.0: This widget allows you to obtain, on a rating scale from 0 to 100, the estimation of the quality of sleep. It records the time of each sleep phase and now takes into account age, heart rate and stress level.
- Menstrual Cycle and Pregnancy Tracking 2. 0: Allows you to track menstrual cycles and view cycle details and other statistics on Garmin Connect ™.
- Fitness Age 2. 0: New algorithm using user's chronological age, VO2 Max, resting heart rate and BMI or body fat percentage (BMI will be used if body fat percentage is not available). Tells users if their body is "older" or "younger" than them.
- Breathing Tracker 2.0: Allows users to view breathing data throughout the day, during sleep and during yoga and breathing activities.
- HRV/FVC Test: HRV levels vary greatly between individuals, but in general, a high HRV is considered a marker of good fitness and health, while a low HRV is associated with negative health effects and high stress levels. The measurement is taken during sleep with a measurement every 5 minutes.

- Running Power: The Running Power feature uses metrics such as pace, vertical oscillation, slope and even wind speed to calculate the power in watts you apply to the ground as you run. - Running Dynamics: Running Dynamics provides highly relevant information to ambitious athletes about their running technique, such as left/right leg balance, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio etc

Invitees receive a link to a website that allows them to see the watch's location on a map and access real-time statistics such as elapsed time, distance, speed and altitude for the current activity
- Live Events (Android only): Live Events Sharing (Android only) allows those around you to interact via text messages and send encouragement.
- Incident detection and assistance request: Manually or in case of a fall, the device sends to its 3 emergency contacts, the GPS position and a message requesting assistance. These functions require the connection with a smartphone.
