Inov 8's most technical cross-training shoe. Heavy lifting, functional training, cardio, the F-LITE MAX can do it all. A high-performance sports shoe designed to cope with whatever your training throws at you.

For weightlifting, the F-LITE MAX features a rigid TPU heel stabilizer. The shoe's wide last allows your toes to spread out and form a solid base for movements such as squats and deadlifts. The shoe's MET-CRADLE surrounds the midfoot to form a protective, stabilizing support when lifting heavy loads or performing high-intensity movements such as jumps. Underfoot, the famous and reliable rubber grip lets you put your feet down with confidence, while the POWERFLOW MAX midsole foam offers the perfect balance between cushioning and rigidity.

Despite all the technical features, you'll feel agile and powerful in these shoes, whatever the type of exercise. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole combines with the F-LITE's BOOMERANG FOOTBED to provide energy return and rebound during high-intensity cardio or plyometric exercise. A single piece of air mesh makes the shoe highly breathable so you can train in comfort.
