DOSAGE
36g of Whey isolate per serving (i.e. 3 tablespoons)
Person under 60kg: consume 1 portion / day
Person from 60kg to 75kg: consume 1 to 2 portions / day

AT THE SHAKER
Mix 36g of Whey isolate (i.e. 3 tablespoons) with 250ml of water, milk or vegetable drink (almond, hazelnut, rice, ...), shake, it's ready!
