A CERTIFIED ORGANIC DATES PASTE... AND FRUITY!

Our date paste is certified organic at all stages of its production by the Ecocert® (for us) and Certifood® (for our Spanish supplier) labels. In terms of composition, we are proud to have designed a bar that contains 72.5% fruit (blueberry) or 65% fruit (cocoa version)

IS ORGANIC AND GLUTEN-FREE DATES PASTE MADE FOR ME?

Our date paste is suitable for athletes already adept or wishing to try organic food, and for those who are intolerant or sensitive to gluten.
Its easy opening, and its machinability improved by sunflower and flax seeds, make this bar the ideal supply for your efforts of more than 3 hours. In addition, the date being a fruit naturally rich in carbohydrates, and digesting well, the latter is perfectly adapted to the sports diet of endurance.

AND THE VITAMINS IN ALL THIS...

In order for our date paste to have antioxidant properties (to protect your cells against oxidative stress), we initially wanted to add vitamin C. However, the latter being considered an additive, and additives being prohibited in organic , we had to find an alternative that was just as effective.
This is where acerola came into the picture: rich in vitamin C, it allows us to obtain THE product that meets our expectations.

A LITTLE TOUR OF THE SUPPLY SIDE

"To limit our environmental impact, we have opted for ingredients whose origins are logical. In other words, the climate must allow and be conducive to the production of the ingredients in question", explains Juliette, product engineer. We therefore fully assume that we can say that our dates come from Tunisia, and that the acerola is produced in Brazil and processed in Europe!

WHEN CHEWING MATTERS

Did you know that chewing activates your digestive enzymes, and therefore digestion, a vital process that is sometimes disrupted during physical activity?
And that's not all ! Because we know that chewing is not always easy in the heart of the effort, we have embellished our date paste with flax and sunflower seeds, in order to facilitate the chewability of the latter... As a bonus? Their delicious taste and crispiness go perfectly with dates!
