These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and carbohydrate/lipid/protein balance. In fact, almond pastes contain slightly more fat and protein than date or fruit pastes. Above all, it's a question of preference. And there's nothing to stop you combining them, and alternating the pleasures of taste during a long outing.
