Description
After exercise, it's essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and perform at 100% the following day.
Recovery Drink is a milkshake to be taken at the end of training. It is formulated with amylopectin (derived from potato starch) and concentrated GRASS FED whey proteins with high biological value, as it comes from grass-fed cows, with no added antibiotics or growth hormones. The biological characteristics of whey peptides are therefore preserved, with the supply of all the essential amino acids required for growth and the non-alteration of physiological functions.
Recovery Drink contains around 40% of the best proteins, equivalent to 20-22 g of protein per ration, which helps to preserve muscle mass and maintain bones in normal condition.
It isgluten-free and has less than 2g of sugar per portion so as not to interfere with the assimilation of nutrients.

- Creatine (1500 mg per portion) Creatine's ergogenic properties make it an ideal dietary supplement, particularly for certain sporting disciplines requiring repeated anaerobic effort.

- Golden flax: These seeds are considered by many to be a superfood due to their micronutrient and unsaturated fatty acid content.
DIRECTIONS : Dilute 1 sachet of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume 500 ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For perfect dilution, add one part water, the product and stir vigorously, then complete the mixture with water.
