The GripGrab Flandrien waterproof knitted road shoe covers were inspired by the classic 'Belgian bootie' - used by Flandrien runners for decades.

This modern take on the knitted cover-over sock retains all the attributes of its historic predecessor: soft fabric, stretch and slim fit; but propels it into the modern era thanks to water-resistant membrane technology.

These shoe covers will prevent downpours, keep your feet dry, and let you glide through puddles worry-free. They are luxuriously soft and comfortable, but also feature reinforcement at the hems on the underside of the shoe cover to reduce wear.

The Flandrien Knitted road shoe covers are minimalist in style and subtly marked; yet, they offer the pinnacle of modern technology. They will keep you comfortable in any weather, while maintaining that true Classics style.

Will they keep my feet dry? The membrane on these shoe covers is waterproof, so assuming you don't drag them across cobblestones and puncture them, they'll keep your feet dry. There are limits though? garden hoses and knee-deep puddles for example, will likely find a way inside.

To help reduce water infiltration from the top of this shoe cover, we recommend that you wear your water resistant leg warmers or cycling bib tights over the cuff of the shoe cover. We also recommend that you seal the vents and holes in the soles of your shoes to limit water ingress from the bottom. By following these tips, you will get the best performance from this product.
