two-part construction of this handlebar bag for globetrotting cyclists consists of a lightweight, waterproof storage bag with a rolled flap at both ends, and a harness made from sturdy materials with an elasticated turnbuckle and gear loops on top, making loading and unloading quick and easy during short breaks, as the storage bag can be detached while the harness remains on the bike. The sturdy straps on these bike bags have hook-and-loop closures for secure positioning, and the spacers allow them to be mounted on a variety of frame sizes and tube diameters, including carbon bikes
