Description

The Ksyrium 30 Disc is the perfect entry point into top-level racing performance. This all-new UST Road Tubeless system offers a smoother ride and improved puncture resistance, while retaining a lightweight feel for climbing and acceleration.

By removing the inner tube, Mavic has also eliminated friction, reducing rolling resistance and therefore the energy required to reach higher speeds.

The 30mm deep rim optimises aerodynamic performance and improves stability in crosswind conditions. The alloy rim benefits from our unrivalled experience in creating rim extrusions that are both light and strong. To achieve this, Mavic carefully adjusts the thickness of the rim wall to strike the right balance between stiffness, strength and weight.

The straight spokes are fixed to the top-of-the-range Infinity hubs: the optimum balance of spoke tension guarantees perfect rigidity and long life, with just one length of spoke for both wheels. The Instant Drive 360 ratchet freewheel system is quick to engage and offers low friction. This hub is easy to convert from a Shimano/Sram cassette to a Campagnolo or XD cassette, and is compatible with CenterLock discs.
